Can you honestly call yourself “stifled” or “muzzled” by your boss if he allows you to give 1400 interviews while on the job?

Me, I don’t see it.

If Dr. Hansen can’t nail down what “stifled” means, I have to wonder what other things he’s fuzzing for his own benefit.
