The Shack: What Do You Like?

I’ve been pondering some style changes to The Shack of late and I wanted to take some time to get your ideas. So, I have a couple questions I hope you will spend a few minutes answering in the comments.

Regarding the look, feel, and usability of the site what are the things you like and don’t like? What seems “clunky” and could use a change and what suits you just right?

I’d appreciate the suggestions. With fortune, a bit of free time, and the willing cooperation of my left-brain, I hope to have some surprises in store relatively soon.
