At least with Hoyer, we only have to deal with the pork problem.
With Murtha, we have to deal with the pork and the corruption and the surrender-monkeying and the lying (didn’t he tell Chris Matthews last night that he had the votes, “face to face” to win?) and the hordes of triumphant leftists and the forgetting that Congress actually is subject to criminal law.
I’m not saying that Hoyer’s love for using our money to buy him votes isn’t a problem.
But it’s just one problem and we can handle that.
