Sure, the Raiders are bad. But we all knew they'd be bad. There's no way you can put so many overpried egos in front of a C-List rookie QB and not be bad. But they have hope. Some of their young talent is good and they're slowly moving out the dead wood.
The Redskins, on the other hand, were not supposed to be even close to this bad. They were mentioned as serious Super Bowl contenders (and rightly so!). They're getting worse with every game. They lost to a mediocre Vikings team, a sorry Titans team and their second half against the Colts was one of the worst exhibitions of professional football I've seen in a decade. Most of the teams Icepick mentioned are getting better, as fits their rebuilding plans. The REdskins are going the opposite direction.
And their schedule isn't going to get easier. They still have to play Philly twice, New Orleans once, and Dallas and the Giants one more time. If they don't get their acts together, they're going to end up 3-13.
And they'll waste that pick on some veteran in a trade who'll go bust in half a year.

I hate to brek up this "We're Number 28" fest, but I relly do have to stake my claim here again.

Sure, the Raiders are bad. If you are going to be bad, you might as well go for broke and be the baddest.

Nope I agree w/ Eric, our Raiders are the worst. The problem with the 'Skins starts with the owner. Every couple if years he fires a coach with a record around .500 with two or three years left on his contract and then hires another coach who ends up in the same circumstance. Snyder is rewarding mediocrity, so why should anyone in that organization be anything other than mediocre?

The Raiders are better than Arizona. My Raiders are worse.
The Raiders are the suckiest team that ever did suck.

I'll throw you a bone.

My Raiders are worse.

The Raiders are the suckiest team that ever did suck.

By: Victor

<guid

However, this year the bye is giving 'em four points.

At least this week is a bye for them, which usually means the 'Skins won't lose.
