He won't have any contact with the outside world unless Bush wants him to. The federal prison system has a clever mechanism to deal with these kind of threats. It's called "ConAir." Prisononers are not allowed any outside contact for the first 30 days they have been in a particular prison. When the feds want to prevent outside contact, they fly (thus the ConAir name) a covict to a new prison every 28 days. Because they never spend 30 days in any prison, they can never contact anyone. With this trick, they can keep a convict completely isolated indefinately.
