Alleluia!
“He is not here: for He is risen, as he said.
Those words are, I believe, the most momentous ever spoken in the history of man. They are the words that secured eternal life for anyone willing to accept God’s awesome gift. They are the words that fulfilled dozens of prophesies, including Jesus’ very own. They are the hope of every believer and the salvation of the world.
I hope all of you find time to consider the man about whom the angel spoke, a simple man from Nazareth who gave everything He had to ransom you and to bring you close to Him.
