I could get behind progressives that sign on to The Euston Manifesto.
I do have some quibbles here and there (social justice? provision of welfare? Therein lies many of the roots of problems we have right now) but the underlying bedrock of fostering democracy around the worldand a minumum level of human rights (by intervention if necessary), non-apologies for dictators and mass murderers, reasserting the greatness of America, and economic development as the best way to freedom are right down my alley.
This is very good stuff.
