New Bloggidy Goodness!
Yep, I made up two words in that title, but such is the quality of Robbies newest blog. Old traditional words can hardly do it justice.
After a brief hiatus, during which he shut down his old blog, Devil’s Advocate, Robbie is back with a new focus, a new look, and…well…a new blog. Beyond the Mall is a blog focused on Washington, DC city life – not the same old national politics stuff, but a daily look into the doings of the city itself, from a good writer who is a DC resident.
(Full disclosure alert. Robbie is my brother. Yeah, that does color my opinion of his work but I don’t believe it’ll take long before you come to like his style and what he has to say.)
You could do far worse than to read Beyond the Mall ever day. Robbie should definitely have a prominent place in your bookmarks, especially if you live in or around Washington, DC.

I have to tell you, oh brother of mine, the advice that you and Cassandra gave me was priceless and exactly what I needed. DA was wearing me down, due to my lack of focus there and the ennui I was beginning to feel. (Yea SAT words!) Actually writing about something that I care deeply about, and I do love my city something fierce, has given me back a drive I haven't felt for blogging in a long while. I owe you one!
