I laughed so hard that I told all of my friends about the show. I found it to be very controversial and at the same time enjoyable and informative. It amazes me that people compare this show to South Park. But they consider South Park funny and this commentary simply liberal bulls*^t. Although South Park's messages are varied, the Boondocks supplies a simple direct message that portrays the views of a limited set of minorities. So what's the difference? I'm not sure. They are both provide a message and they are both funny. Because the Boondocks deals with race as a major issue (something most people do not want to face or believe), it's bull*^t. Maybe the purpose of the show was to make people aware of others with this simple minded view. But of course, South Park is funny with characters like Chef and Token. And the Boondocks is bulls*&t. I think many people felt the same way about Dave Chappelle at first. But wait, that show is funny too.

I saw the garden party episode of the Boondocks. I laughed so hard that I told all of my friends about the show. They have somehow equated anti-establishment controversy with humor. I could see how some people may believe that South Park is the same thing, but South Park's "take-no-prisoners" success really is "take-NO-prisoners." And that is what makes it funny.

The problem is with the moron executives at the network.
