Neither.

I pray that the President is right. I just don't know that I can trust him based on his track record on the subject. If you, or anyone, can give me a good reason to do so, I will.

Anchoress, I hope dearly that I'm wrong. Campaign Finance reform should have died on his desk. The President should have stepped out of the way of the states on the medical marijuana case - it had no business in it to begin with. He should have responded to this FEMA nonsense by saying that if people want the Feds to run hurricane relief, they should change the Constitution to allow it.
he's been dropping the ball over and over again.
Miers may be the greatest thing since sliced bread. But if all I have to go on is Bush's Constitutional judgement, I'll pass.

The President gets blame because many of these issues should never have gone to an iffy court.
