Campaign Finance reform should have died on his desk. The President should have stepped out of the way of the states on the medical marijuana case - it had no business in it to begin with. He should have responded to this FEMA nonsense by saying that if people want the Feds to run hurricane relief, they should change the Constitution to allow it. he's been dropping the ball over and over again. Miers may be the greatest thing since sliced bread. But if all I have to go on is Bush's Constitutional judgement, I'll pass.
