Memorial to Millions of Dead Jews Offensive to Muslims
Yep, those British Muslims have definitely gotten this whole “aggrieved minority” down to a T.
ADVISERS appointed by Tony Blair after the London bombings are proposing to scrap the Jewish Holocaust Memorial Day because it is regarded as offensive to Muslims.
They want to replace it with a Genocide Day that would recognise the mass murder of Muslims in Palestine, Chechnya and Bosnia as well as people of other faiths.
I swear I am not making that up.
Here’s a nice, long sniveling quote that pretty much proves that Muslims seems to have gotten very high marks in their “craven whining about exclusion” classes.
A member of one of the committees, made up of Muslims, said it gave the impression that “western lives have more value than non-western lives”. That perception needed to be changed. “One way of doing that is if the government were to sponsor a national Genocide Memorial Day.
“The very name Holocaust Memorial Day sounds too exclusive to many young Muslims. It sends out the wrong signals: that the lives of one people are to be remembered more than others. It’s a grievance that extremists are able to exploit.”
Wow…is this anonymous Muslim committee member sure he wants to talk about extremists exploiting things? Is he very sure he wants to open that 55-gallon drum of worms?
Because if we want to open up a conversation about who is exploiting grievances and flying airplanes into what towers, and murdering what innocent children and restaurant patrons, then we can sit right down and have that conversation. Somehow, though, I don’t believe he’ll enjoy it very much.
Neither will this guy:
The recommendation, drawn up by four committees including those dealing with imams and mosques, and Islamaphobia and policing, has the backing of Sir Iqbal Sacranie, secretary-general of the Muslim Council of Britain.
He said: “The message of the Holocaust was ‘never again’, and for that message to have practical effect on the world community it has to be inclusive. We can never have double standards in terms of human life. Muslims feel hurt and excluded that their lives are not equally valuable to those lives lost in the Holocaust time.”
Aww….they feel hurt and excluded, do they? They feel all wounded that they’re not going to get a statue, too?
Well, I have a really nice idea for them. Why don’t spread the word to their Imams that if 6 million Muslims suddenly kill themselves they’ll get 73 virgins and they can poke the infidel of their choice in the buttocks with a sharp stick for all eternity. After the Great Lemming Muslim Leap happens, we’ll erect a memorial to them, too, 60 years after the fact.
Then they’ll feel so very “included” and flowers will bloom and young Muslims – well, the ones who didn’t leap off the cliff with the rest of their dunderheaded compatriots – will be able to walk in the sunshine with their heads held high. After all, they have a big monument all to themselves now!
Better yet, I suggest that Mr. Sacranie make a few house calls. I’m sure that if he really looked, he could find a few thousand people who had fathers and mothers and sisters and brothers stolen from them by the Nazis. He can ask them just how unhurt and included they feel because Britain is building a memorial to their slaughtered family members 60 years after the fact. He can ask them how wonderfully warm they feel that they’re getting a memorial instead of having their family members to hold and love.
All in all, I think he’d find the experience educational. Then again, maybe not. After all, these are Jews we’re talking about here.

Muslims, the very people who have perfected exclusion in their notion of "kuffirs" and "infidels" are complaining about being excluded??? Am I missing something here? They want to included with members of the Zionist Entity?
These people are not only deluded, they are irrational and contradict their own belief system. As e claire says, after that bit of insanity, I need a stiff drink…preferably a single malt.

Perhaps Sir Iqbal Sacranie would like to discuss the role of the Muslim Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Muhammed Amin al-Husseini, in planning the Nazi's final solution to the Jewish problem. Surely this would make him feel more included in the Holocaust Memorial. Saranie's picture should be placed beside the definition of duplicitous in the dictionary.

Hey the whole world knows how sensative Muslims are. That is why for 7 years they have been sending 6 year olds and 11 year olds with bombs straped under their cloths into Isreal.
