More on Kerry’s Security Council Adventures

The John Kerry Security Council story unravels even further with this report from Fox News.

Some folks, following up on the story I noted yesterday said that we should cut Kerry a little slack and not niggle at his exact words. They said that when he said “entire security council” that he could have meant “permanent members”. One of my commenters noted the same thing.

I was all that sure that was the case. AFter all, John Kerry is a seasoned Senator, a former lawyer and prosecutor. he knows what he’s sayuing, especially when he says it repeatedly.

But, thanks to Fox news, we’ve learned that Kerry didn’t meet with Russia or China either. At best, he met with have the permanent members and two others – four of the total fifteen.

And don’t tell me that he thought that he was meeting with the whole Security Council either. Anyone who can’t tell four from fifteen shouldn’t be President.
